DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose qualifications and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 3 - BUYER INFORMATION
As a customer, the address and contact information used when placing an Order on www.bellaromeparts.com is taken as basis.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
It consists of the type, quantity, brand / model, color, quantity, sales price, payment method, information at the time of the end of the order of the Goods / Product / Service
Since most of our products are handmade, the color and pattern of the product you purchase may differ from what appears on the website. The BUYER declares that he accepts the difference in these products that constitute the subject of the contract in advance when the order is finalized.
ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 - The BUYER declares that he / she has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product or products subject to the contract specified in Article 4 and that he / she has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2 - The product or products subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person / organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. This period can be extended for a maximum of 10 days, provided that the BUYER is notified beforehand.
5.3 - If the product subject to the contract will be delivered to a person / organization other than the BUYER, bellaromeparts.com cannot be held responsible for the person / organization to be delivered not accepting the delivery.
5.4 - bellaromeparts.com is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
5.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the order, the price must be paid in the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in the bank records, bellaromeparts.com is deemed to be released from the obligation to deliver the product.
5.6- After the delivery of the product, if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to bellaromeparts.com due to the unfair or illegal use of the credit card belonging to the BUYER by unauthorized persons in a way that is not caused by the BUYER's fault, the product must be sent to bellaromeparts.com within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, transportation expenses belong to the BUYER. If the BUYER does not send the product sent to him within the specified period, he accepts and undertakes in advance to pay 3 times the compensation to the SELLER.
5.7- bellaromeparts.com is obliged to notify the BUYER if it cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather opposition that prevents transportation, interruption of transportation. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, to replace the product subject to the contract with a precedent, if any, and / or to postpone the delivery period until the preventive situation disappears. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid by the BUYER shall be paid to him in cash and in lump sum within 10 days.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Credit card payment is available. Visa, Mastercard are not accepted. During the purchase process, tax, shipping fee and cargo insurance fee are added to the price of the product. This information can be seen by the BUYER in the invoice summary.
The BUYER has the right to return the product subject to the contract within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of return, it is essential that Üçtat GIda is notified by fax, e-mail or telephone within this period and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of the relevant article. If the BUYER has used the product in any way, he/she cannot request the return of the product. The BUYER is obliged to send the product in its original box and, if any, together with the accompanying gifts and accessories. In case this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice with a copy of the cargo delivery report that the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER was sent to bellaromeparts.com! The product price is returned to the BUYER within seven (7) days following the receipt of these documents. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of return is covered by the BUYER
In the return process, if the payment was made by credit card or similar payment instruments, the refund is not made in cash; the product price is returned to the credit card account used in the purchase process.
The consumer cannot use the right of return in the case of goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or personalized by making changes or additions, which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or expire due to their nature.
BUYER; can cancel the purchase. Cancellation must be made until 18:00 on weekdays. If the product is shipped when the order is canceled, the shipping cost is deducted from the money to be returned to the BUYER. The refund will be made to the BUYER's account within 15 days.
ARTICLE 7 - SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Your requests are processed at the end of the order to prepare for delivery. After your order is approved, it will be delivered to the cargo company at the end of 5 (five) business days at the latest. The status of your cargo can be tracked with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you at the end of your order. The products that constitute the subject of the contract are delivered to the BUYER by the cargo company to be determined by the SELLER. Cargo fee and cargo insurance fee, if any, are added to the invoice price. The BUYER accepts and undertakes to pay these fees in advance.
After the payment is made, the delivery time of the products subject to the contract by domestic cargo takes an average of 1 day to 2 weeks.

bellaromeparts.com is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the product during shipping and delivery. The BUYER has the right not to accept the cargo when he sees a damage to the product delivered to him. In this case, the BUYER opens a claim file. If it is determined by the SELLER that the defect in the product occurred before cargo and delivery, the process of replacing the product and returning it to cargo takes a maximum of 7 working days after the damaged product reaches Üçtat GIda Main warehouse.
ARTICLE 8 - GUARANTEE
The purchased products are under the guarantee of the cargo company until the cargo is received. Products that are noticed by the BUYER to be damaged at the delivery of the cargo should not be received and should be sent back. After cargo delivery, the products are not under the guarantee of our company.
ARTICLE 9 - COMPETENT COURT
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlement of bellaromeparts.com are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
